Q: Can I ask one more question? After this trip(June 1 to 7), I will join 2-121 next day (June 8-14). If I want to stay in knights inn (one of the pick up places) for the next trip, can you drop us off around knights inn? Or you have certain place to drop off the travelers? Then, how can I reach the hotel? Please answer me.. Thanks!!

Yes, you may request the Knights Inn drop off for this tour. Please note that 2-121 can only provide tour departure location drop off, not airport drop off. Please input your request in the Comment section when booking online.

Q: I purchased this trip. Can I meet a tour guide at Stratosphere hotel at 4 o'clock on June 1st instead of Tropicana hotel? I will arrive and stay in the Stratosphere hotel one day earlier. Please send us an e-mail with your reservation number and your request, so that we may update your reservation. You may take a taxi from the airport to the Stratosphere hotel, as they do not have a shuttle bus.

First, buy 2 get 1 free policy is for 3 or 4 passengers staying in one room. Second, under the policy, the price for two persons joining the tour is nearly the same with that for three persons joining the tour. However, the third free person should also pay the applicable additional fees. For tour 5-4472, there exists an applicable additional fee in the amount of $190.00, so the price for three persons joining the tour is $1,226.00=$1,036.00+$190.00. However for 2-117, there exists no additional fee for the third free person, so the price for two persons is exactly the same with that for three persons. You can check more details about the price by clicking “Pricing”.

Q: Hi, Please advise the following: 1. I'm very interested in booking this 3 Day tour [#5-2269]for myself and my son on June 19, 2011. I've read all the reviews and found one mentioned about the tour will make a stop at the Hoover Dam. Will it really? 'cuz my son really wanted to visit Hoover Dam, too. Just how long will we stay there? 2. If we book the optional helicopter & boat ride, will we be missing out on other things which other people who didn't choose to go be doing ? 3. I read from the review that the time we will arrive at the west rim is about 5-6 p.m on the first day. Does that give us enough time to do the helicopter & boat ride, which is about how long? Since we want to catch the sunset, too. Will we miss it if we do the H & B rides? 4. Please also advise about what time will we return to L.A. at the pick up location: Best Western Executive Inn: 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts, CA 91748 5. We are also planning on joining another two tours: 6/22, #5-189 [3day tour SF & Yosemeti] and 6/25, #85-2936 [8 Day Tour to Yellowstone & Mt. Rushmore]. All three tours we plan to be picked up at the Best Western Executive Inn, 18880 E.Gale Ave., Rowland Hts. 1. The hoover dam stop is only for a brief photo stop. The stop is not guaranteed. There has been a hoover Dam bypass bridge created since Oct 2010. All normal vehicles must now use the bypass bridge and there are no more guaranteed stops at hoover dam. If there is enough time, the guide may stop at the hoover dam, however; this is dependent on the whether there is enough time for such a stop.
Generally, the hoover dam visit is now limited to a drive by on the bridge.
2. No, you will not be missing out on other things. People who do not take the optional tours simply tour the grounds and the visitor's center.
3. Generally if the Grand Canyon is the first stop, then the core Grand Canyon tour is conducted the next day. It will not be conducted on the first day.
4. You will reach back to LA at around 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Please ask your tour guide on the return date for a better estimated time.
5. The general return time is always 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. We cannot predict weather conditions or traffic for your dates, so; please ask your tour guide on the day for a better estimate.
6. Please go to weather.com for a better weather forecast on your departure dates. I suggest you check a week before your planned departure: www.weather.com
7. We always try to put people on the same booking together.
8. No, you cannot book a tour 1-day before the departure date. Please book and plan for the tours ahead of time.

Q: Hi! Is it possible to skip the Chocolate Factory/Cactus Garden part on the last day and still take the bus back to L.A. ? I would prefer get more sleep and enjoy the pool a bit in the morning instead of chocolates before heading back to L.A. So are you retourning to the hotel after the Chocolate Factory ? The tour will visit the Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens on the route back to Los Angeles. You are welcome to enjoy your time waiting at the gift shop for the group to take the tour. We do not recommend that you separate yourself from the tour or attempt to catch up with the tour, as the time spent at the Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens is limited, and you could possibly miss the tour group from returning to Los Angeles.
